I’ve seen quite a few Atomicos, being a fan of Chikara and all. I haven’t seen most of these guys in action, so I spent most of the time trying to figure out who was who. This seemed to be a setup match, as the commentators were dead set on letting people know about the matches coming up on the next event. My confusion aside, the match is fine, just not as good as it could have been, especially for an atomico. The heels taunted the faces, the faces got the heels in a submission all at once, basic stuff, but done well. The execution was solid in this match, I guess I was just hoping to be more impressed. It didn’t help that the last PWC match I saw was very good, which actually featured Matt Cage. While I won’t call it a bad match, I’m sure there are better ones if you are wanting to get acquainted with some of the wrestlers in this match.
